Since its release in 2022, the ONE PIECE Card Game has been supported by players around the world and is now entering its third year. Our ambition remains unchanged from the beginning: working together with you, our fans, as well as our licensors, we want to foster an environment that enables all of us to experience and celebrate the spectacular world of ONE PIECE portrayed within a card game.

The world of card games relies on the enthusiasm and participation of the fans. However, we have confirmed cases where products that unauthorizedly replicate or imitate card designs from the ONE PIECE Card Game are being sold or distributed on e-commerce sites, at event venues, and similar locations.

We are committed to creating an exciting world of the ONE PIECE Card Game together with all of you, while also bearing the responsibility to respect and appropriately handle all intellectual property associated with the ONE PIECE franchise. This respect and appropriate handling are necessary to ensure the ONE PIECE franchise is preserved for the future.

Therefore, we require that you adhere to the following regulations as they apply to the ONE PIECE Card Game:

・No cards, accessory items, or other goods derived from or copied from card designs released or sold by Bandai without authorization may be sold or distributed.

・No cards, accessory items, or other goods that incorporate characters or similar aspects related to the ONE PIECE franchise without authorization are to be sold or distributed

Unauthorised products as described above will not be permitted at official ONE PIECE Card Game tournaments and events scheduled to be held in the future.
