Please apply via the indicated form and ship the erroneous card, along with all required information, to the designated regional contact.
In exchange you will receive a new corrected card, and two booster packs will be included as compensation for the shipping costs incurred.

If the returned card is severely damaged or its authenticity cannot be verified, we may not be able to proceed with the replacement.
